Designed for anyone who guides artistic work—directors, choreographers, and arts educators—this session focuses on balancing leadership with collaboration. Participants will explore how to set group norms, address missteps, and engage in conflict without derailing the creative process. Through scenario-based learning, you’ll gain language and techniques you can immediately use in rehearsals and classrooms.
