Consent Cards for yoga, dance, theatre, Pilates teachers to help you know if students desire hands-on correction or physical participation. Yes/No cards for instruction that may include touch for correction, partnering, or other instances of touch. With these cards, students can say Yes or No, or even change their minds!

Print as many copies as you need for your class or cast. We recommend that you use card stock and laminate them. Or, mount them on door hangers to hang on the barre for ballet classes!
